In partnership with Acorn Alternative Provision, we’re recruiting a new staff team for our centre. This work will be delivered at our church, with all roles employed by Acorn.

This is a non-school setting, offering tailored education and support for young people aged 11 to 16.

Exclusion from school is a growing issue locally, and this provision will offer a safe, supportive environment where young people can be nurtured, encouraged and helped to grow.

Are you a Christian who is passionate about helping disadvantaged young people overcome barriers and discover hope? Are you excited about the difference the Church can make in young people’s lives?

We’re currently recruiting for three full-time roles:

  • Head of Centre
  • Teacher
  • Learning Mentor

These roles would suit experienced youth workers, teachers, or those currently working in education, learning support, behaviour support or middle leadership roles. Full details are included in the job descriptions.
