You are invited to join us as we gather to worship this Sunday!
Whether you come regularly to The Oakwood Centre, or are brand new, everyone is very welcome to worship with us each Sunday morning – so come along!

This week
This Sunday, we continue our teaching series ‘The Lord on the Move’ and Ray Mills will be speaking to us about ‘The Lord of our Attitudes’. His message will be based on the Bible passage found in Mark chapter 9v33 to 10v16.
We will also be praying together and worshipping together, led by our live band.
As it is summer and our services look a little different, you will notice that four worship stations have been set up around the auditorium. You are welcome to visit one or all of the worship stations at any point during the service for a time of creative reflection (though we do ask that you make this quiet reflection during the quieter aspects of the service). We hope that you enjoy this creative way of worshipping and that you feel at home while you are worshipping with us.
Children – Birth to 11 years
All Illuminate children’s groups are on this week!
We love that we are a multi-generational church! We really hope that you will bring your children along to celebrate with us. We begin the service all together and then after roughly 15 minutes, our children will have the opportunity to go to their own groups which are in different areas of the building.
It is important that all children are registered at our welcome desk on the way in. Please arrive by 10.15am so that you can get children registered and you can get a seat before the service begins!
This is to comply with our safeguarding policy – safeguarding children and those who are vulnerable is something that we take very seriously. Stewards will point you in the right direction and our children’s team will be on hand to help your children to settle.

Youth – 11 to 18 years
Our young people will gather with the adults in the auditorium for the whole service this week. We do love it when they gather with us!

Online
Our service will also be streamed online via YouTube and Facebook for those who are not able to join us in person this week – which means that you can join from anywhere in the world if you have an internet connection!
