Coffee Shop Assistant Manager Position

Tees Valley Community Church are looking for a part-time Assistant Manager in The Oakwood Coffee Shop.

We are seeking a passionate, hardworking, and evangelistic person, to join our growing team in the coffee shop.

As the shift manager on duty, they will be responsible for either opening or closing the shop, with tasks including team management, receiving goods and waste management. It is desirable for candidates to have experience in management, ideally in hospitality. They must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail and calmness under pressure, whilst getting the best out of our wonderful coffee shop team.

Hours: 30 hours per week, varied shifts (including occasional weekend shifts)

Salary: £20,000-£21,500 pro rata depending on experience and qualifications.
