Journey to Bethlehem

Join us for a fun and interactive journey through the Nativity story!

From taking part in the census, to building your own stable, this immersive nativity experience is not to be missed.

Who is it for?

This year’s journey to Bethlehem is aimed at primary school aged children, though younger and older children will definitely enjoy it too.

The journey will take approximately an hour and time slots are available throughout the day.

How do I book?

Book each member of your party in to a time slot that suits you by using the booking link at the bottom of this page.

We are of course still being very careful with capacity and so we are asking that you book one ticket for each family member attending.

– Fill in full details for the lead adult (including phone number and email)
– Use the ‘add additional person’ button to add just the names of your children.
– Also add the names of any other adults attending (we need a full headcount, not just the number of children).
– When you have listed everyone, read the privacy policy and then click ‘proceed’.
– Check all your details, including making sure you are all booked for the same time slot! Then click ‘Confirm’.

On the Day

Please arrive at your designated time (nobody likes travel delays) to the main entrance at The Oakwood Centre, which is off the main car park.  Feel free to come dressed as your favourite nativity character!

What is included?

Activities will include story telling, assault course, large scale junk modelling and crafts.

There is no charge for the Journey to Bethlehem event.

The Oakwood Centre Coffee shop will also be open throughout the day, so why not plan in your lunch or a tasty festive treat?  You can find out information about our Coffee Shop, including menu and prices by visiting www.tvcchurch.org.uk/coffeeshop .
