TVC Church Sunday Service

Come and join us at The Oakwood Centre for our Sunday Service!

We are working to safely increase our room capacity – but while we are still limited, we ask you to continue to book Sunday services so that we can continue to provide a safe environment for us all to join together in worship.

*Masks are now mandatory once again in places of worship in England, as the Government tighten its response to the threat of the omicron Covid variant.  Therefore anybody over the age of 11 will be required to wear a mask when inside the building.

In booking in, you are agreeing to continue to follow our previous precautions out of care and consideration to others:

– Do not attend if you have symptoms of COVID or have had a positive test in the past 10 days.
– You will need to wear a face covering at all times when inside the building.
– You will continue to be seated in households.  If you wish to sit with somebody else, that is OK as long as you have asked them if they are happy for that to happen.

Children: 

We are so glad that we are now able to worship as a whole church family!  This Sunday will be out in their own groups for the whole service as they have some fun and games planned as they celebrate Christmas together.

Please book your children in to the correct groups for their age so that we can guarantee adult/child ratios.

Fireflies – Age 2-5
Spark – Age 5-11

Youth:

This is a youth service week!  Please book any secondary aged pupils in on a Youth ticket if they wish to join this week’s youth service.  All youth will be required to wear a mask throughout the service.  Youth will begin the service in the auditorium before heading over the the Acorn suite for their time together.

Infants:

Under 2’s remain with their parents in the service, though our ‘twinkle’ area is set up in the lounge area (just inside the foyer) for any infants who would like a bit more space during the service.  Our twinkle team will be on hand to assist parents.  Toys and other supplies are provided. 

You do not need to book tickets for under 2’s.

Children over 18 months may attend fireflies with a parent and do not need a ticket to do this as they do not count in adult/child ratios.

When booking tickets, fill in all the details for the lead person, then add additional members of your party. 

Adding an email address for the lead person only will mean that one group ticket is sent to the lead person.  If you enter separate email addresses, you will receive separate tickets.  This may be useful if you will not be arriving together.
