Tony Grainge and a faithful team of people have served the community of Easterside, Middlesbrough, for 10 years as an Eden Team. Through this team, we have impacted and transformed not just lives, but the whole community in a variety of ways.
In 2021 we formally moved the Eden team to a Legacy status. This was to acknowledge that Tony’s role had expanded wider than Easterside and although work is still ongoing into the community it is no longer Eden shaped. We thank God for the incredible impact that this team has had on the estate with the various team members working alongside Tony and Steph over that time.

Four All Cafe
Four All Cafe is at the heart of the community in Easterside, providing affordable food and a place to meet and be together. Operating a ‘pay as you feel’ scheme, everyone is welcome to come and eat!

Health Village
The health village team work alongside the NHS, social services, schools, voluntary groups and individuals to enable members of communities to enjoy physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and relational health in a sustainable environment, which will improve, sustain and prolong the quality of individual lives. The put on a number of different activities each week to serve this community.
Known locally as ‘The Mayor of Easterside’ Tony works tirelessly for his community and brings hope in Jesus to everyone he meets.
