17-30s Winter Ball

The 17-30′s ministry are hosting a Narnia themed winter ball, 7:30 pm on Saturday the 3rd of December.

Dress code is either formal evening wear or Narnia themed fancy dress.

CAP – Driving home for Christmas

A Christmas CD has been recorded and released for sale in order to support Christians Against Poverty (CAP.)

Many people from TVC Church were involved in creating the CD.

The Royal Mail have a featured story on their website.

“Driving Home for Christmas” is available from both TVC Refresh bookshop and reception for £5.

Kasana – Marian’s Newsletter

She opens with –
“Greetings once again from Kasana Children’s Centre where I serve with New Hope Uganda Staff bringing the Fatherhood of God to some of Uganda’s
orphaned children.”

Along with some photos, she gives updates on:
- the “Pacific Family,” to which she is more closely related, consisting of 25 children;
- the visit to the Centre of the Queen of the Buganda, the largest tribe in Uganda;
- the economic situation in Uganda; and
- her plans to retire in 2013, after FIFTEEN years at Kasana, for which she would value your prayers.

She will be returning to the UK for Christmas (19th November – 8th January), also May-September 2012.

CAP Sunday

It is CAP Sunday on the 20th of November.

We will see a DVD which will demonstrate the life changing work of CAP over the last 15 years.

At the end of the meeting there will be an opportunity to make a donation to CAP. This offering goes to support the work of CAP Central in Bradford.

Please pray about how much you can donate to this offering.
