Cells
At TVCC, we believe that the way forward is through the growth and
multiplication of cells of believers.
They multiply by promoting these four elements:
• Discipling into maturity
• Establishing with foundations
• Winning to Christ
• Releasing into service
Our model is for a man to lead a small group of up to 12 men and for a woman to lead a small group of up to 12 women. Where those leaders are married, the two groups will also have some form of joint identity. At present there are around 60 groups.
Cells are led by men and women who:
* Are in a cell
* Have completed the Foundations for Leadership Course
* Have been asked to lead a cell by the church leaders
